At Paisa Pro, we focus on providing financial services such as loan assistance, processing, and guidance. Since our services involve documentation, verification, and financial transactions with banks and NBFCs, kindly note the following:
1. No Return on Services
Our services are related to financial consultation, loan processing, and documentation.
Once a service is availed or loan is processed, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
2. Refund Policy
Any processing fee, service fee, or consultation charges paid to Paisa Pro are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:
The service has not been initiated by our team.
A duplicate payment has been made due to technical error.
In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
3. Loan Disbursement
Loan amount disbursal, interest rates, and EMIs are solely controlled by the respective banks/NBFCs.
Paisa Pro is not responsible for refunding or reversing any disbursed loan amounts.
4. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel your loan application before processing begins, you must notify us immediately via phone or email.
Once your loan file is submitted to banks/NBFCs, cancellation or refund requests cannot be entertained.
