By using paisapro.com or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be an Indian citizen, 21–60 years old, with a valid PAN and Aadhaar. Loan approval is at our sole discretion based on internal credit policy.

2. Interest, fees & charges

Interest starts at 10.5% p.a. (personal) and 12% p.a. (business). Processing fee up to 2% of sanctioned amount + GST. Prepayment charges as per the sanction letter.

3. Repayment

EMIs will be auto-debited on the due date. Late payment attracts penal interest of 2% p.m. on the overdue amount.

4. Default

Continuous default may result in reporting to credit bureaus, legal action, and recovery under applicable laws.

5. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
